Breakfast Smoothies
1 cup of your favorite fruit
1/4 c plain yogurt
1 1/2 c orange juice (I just fill to the max line of my personal blender)
If you need energy you can also add 1 TBS whey protein, but it changes the flavor a tad, so I wouldn't recommend it!
