American Style Meatloaf Minis

1 lb hamburg
1 6 oz pkg Stove Top stuffing mix
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 c Kraft Original BBQ sauce
3/4 c Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf with a spoon and fill with BBQ sauce. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Top with cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
The above listed is American-Style, but there are other variations you can use:
Italian-Style: 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (instead of garlic powder) and 3/4 c spaghetti sauce (instead of BBQ sauce)
Mexican-Style: 2 tsp chili powder (instead of garlic powder) and 3/4 c Thick N Chunky Salsa (instead of BBQ sauce)
