Beef and Rice Soft Tacos

1 TBS oil
1 lb ground beef
2 c water
1 c salsa
1 pkg (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
8 flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oil in large skillet; add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in water, salsa, and seasoning mix and bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened and rice is tender. Spoon beef mixture onto the tortillas (remember to warm them up first), sprinkle cheese on them and fold like a soft taco.
