Beef Taco Skillet

1 lb ground beef
1 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
1/2 c Chunky salsa (I used Chi Chi's, my fav!)
1/2 c water
6 flour tortillas (6"), cut into 1" pieces
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat; drain if necessary and return to pan. Stir soup, salsa, water, and tortillas in skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and then top with cheese. Let it sit over the low heat a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
