1 ½ c flour
1 tsp salt
1 ¼ c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 c milk
½ c cocoa
2/3 c Crisco
¾ tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tsp peanut butter, divided
Preheat oven to 350F. Measure first 7 ingredients into a mixing bowl; mix well, then stir in next 4 ingredients. Fill cupcake tins with 1 TBS of the cake mixture, 1/3 tsp peanut butter, and top with 1 TBS cake mixture. Bake about 15-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and then frost.
